F Fully finished Often also referred to as finally annealed or fully processed G GO Grain oriented electrical steel. PowerCore® is the brand name for all electrical steel strip produced by the production companies of the ThyssenKrupp Electrical Steel group. N NGO Non grain oriented electrical steel often also referred to as non oriented electrical steel P PP -grades Semi finished NGO grades with higher permeability S S - grades Fully-finished NGO grades, alloyed with silicon, specifically developed with regard to workability Semi finished Often also referred to as not finally annealed or not fully processed SG - Sorten Fully-finished NGO grades, not alloyed with silicon, specifically developed for those applications where S- Grades are normally not used
