Our grain oriented high permeability grades include the most energy efficient PowerCore electrical strip types, especially suited for use in large power and distribution transformer cores.

The meticulous control of the complex production process and the use of the correct starting material are key factors in the production of our high permeability grades. The hot-rolled wide strip for our production is supplied by ThyssenKrupp Steel according to a precisely determined specification agreed between technicians of our group.

Special cold rolling mills enable us to achieve the required single step reduction to final thickness, which builds up the required deformation energy potential in the electrical strip for the recrystallization in the heat treatment.

The highest energy efficient domain refined grades are obtained through laser scratching, as the the final process.
